Christopher Mills

Ph.D. Candidate in Economics | Princeton University

I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Economics at Princeton University affiliated with the Center for Health and Wellbeing, the Griswold Center for Economic Policy Studies, and the Industrial Relations Section. I am on the job market and available for interviews during the 2022-2023 academic year.

My research focuses on topics in labor and public economics. I use experiments and linked administrative data to improve public and nonprofit service delivery, particularly pertaining to children and families, and understand how people respond to targeted information and social experiences. My job market paper studies the impact of algorithmic tools on Child Protective Services decisions.
